Lifetime Care Policy
We keep our customers satisfied by offering a service like no other. This is why we here at MAYS Exotic Gems & Jewellery has placed this Lifetime Care plan for our customers that bought our Jewellery are shining as the day you fell in love with it. There are no limits, you can bring your Jewellery in as many time as you like.
These following services and repairs accompany any of our jewellery items at no extra charge:
- Stone tightening
- Refinishing and polishing
- Cleaning and inspecting
- Earring adjustment
- Rhodium plating
- Resetting diamonds and gemstones
Terms and Conditions
This plan does not cover as following:
- Cosmetic damage from normal wear and tear is not covered.
- Incidental or consequential damages;
- Damage from accident, abuse, misuse, introduction of foreign objects into the product, unauthorised modifications or altercations, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions;
- Unauthorised repairs and/or parts;
- Third party actions (fire, collision, vandalism, theft etc);
- preventative maintenance;
- Loss of diamonds, gemstones or any other parts of the covered product.
- The term and coverage of this plan begins on the date of purchase and are in effect for the owner’s lifetime or the product’s lifetime, whichever is shorter.
- Owner Lifetime: the lifetime of the individual purchasing the product or the lifetime of the first person the product is gifted to. Owner lifetime ceases if ownership of the product is subsequently transferred to another party.
